SymbolSolve respects your privacy and handles personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and the GDPR where applicable.

What we collect

An anonymous device identifier (stored in a cookie) to enforce free-tier limits; the problems you submit, to generate solutions; and, for paid plans, billing details processed by our payment provider.

How we use it

To provide solutions and practice sets, enforce usage limits, process payments, and improve the Service. We do not sell your data.

AI processing

Problems routed to the AI engine are sent to our model provider via an AI gateway with zero data retention configured. Algebra problems are solved locally and not sent anywhere.

Payments

Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not store your full card details.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your data by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com. Clearing your browser cookies resets your anonymous identifier.
